What is the difference between interior design and interior fit-out?

Interior design decides how a space should look and work: layout, materials, lighting and details, shown in drawings and visualisations. Interior fit-out is the construction that builds it: partitions, ceilings, electrical and sanitary fittings, and every finish. Al Adwaar offers both, so the team that draws the details also builds them.

What are gypsum partitions used for?

Gypsum partitions are non-load-bearing walls made of gypsum board on a metal stud frame. They divide offices, create rooms in villas and apartments, box in services and form feature walls, and can provide acoustic or fire-rated separation with the right boards and insulation.

Is a gypsum ceiling the same as a false ceiling?

A false ceiling is any secondary ceiling hung below the slab to hide AC ducts, wiring and pipes. A gypsum ceiling is a false ceiling made from gypsum board, which allows seamless finishes, bulkheads, cove lighting and decorative profiles.

What do you need from me to prepare a quotation?

The project location, property type, approximate area and what you would like done. Drawings, site photos or reference images help us price accurately. For larger projects we visit the site before quoting.

Do you work with consultants and main contractors?

Yes. We price and deliver partition, ceiling, finishing and decorative packages from consultant drawings, and our project history includes work carried out under consultant supervision.
